The menu pages of
excel workbooks have similar layouts:
All user inputs and controls
are on the menu sheet of each
workbook.
Output pages can be viewed by selecting from menu and clicking 'View Sheet' button.
Press Ctrl-m to return to the menu page after viewing output.
User input cells are red, instructions are blue, and output is black.
Click the 'Help' button to view a help topic that is specific to the application.
Another link ('Click here for general help on database') brings up this entire help file, which is indexed and searchable.
Brief instructions are generally typically found below the menu screens.
The formats and contents of output tables and graphs can be modified for convenience to facilitate production of lake monitoring reports.
Additional output worksheets can be added to any of the applications. To make these accessible from the menu screen, insert a row in the sheet index located below the menu.
Application workbooks must be stored in the main database directory.
